Kokokahn's pure essential oils are 10ml or about 200 drops

How To Use:

Add 1 drop to your bedsheets to help you sleep and ease anxiety
Put 1 drop on a cotton ball and inhale deeply when you feel anxiety setting in
Add 4 to 5 drops to a warm evening bath
Add 3 to 4 drops to 1 ounce of your face cream
Diffuse 5 drops in a diffuser
Put 1 to 2 drops on a cotton ball and inhale deeply at the end of your Yoga practice.

Safety: Frankincense essential oil is generally a safe oil. It is recommended to dilute essential oils in a carrier oil such as jojoba oil or aloe gel before using on the skin undiluted.
