"Visual Merchandising Award"

Gifts & Decorative Accessories is a highly regarded national trade publication that has been in circulation for over 50 years. Co-owner Lea Semple was the winner of the prestigious "Gold Award for Visual Merchandise", which was presented at the Plaza Hotel in New York City in August of 2001 during the International Trade Show.

This award is presented annually to one retailer for visual merchandising excellence. If you love the way Elysian Fields looks, it is Lea’s talent and vision that make it so inviting!

Sarasota Magazine
"Best of the Best Award"

Each Year, Sarasota Magazine readers & subscribers vote for who they believe is the "Best of the Best" in many business & service catagories. We are honored to have received this award as "Best Gift Store" many times - Thank you Sarasota!

SRQ Magazine
"Best of SRQ Local"

2009 was the first annual "Best of SRQ Local" reader awards competition. Readers were able to share their insight on the best local bites, imbibes, people and experiences to help celebrate the vibrancy of local businesses. Only locally-owned establishments were able to be nominated for the award and Elysian Fields was voted as a finalist for the "Best Place to Buy a Memorable Card". In 2010 we won the "Best Place to Find a Gift". For 2011 we won the "Best Place to Find a Gift"!

Sarasota Herald Tribune
"Reader's Choice Award"

This, too, is an annual award for which ballots are inserted into the Sunday paper and are available to subscribers only. We have been the proud winner or finalist of the "Best Gift Shop" award ten times and it means a lot whenever our customers vote Elysian Fields as a finalist or winner ten times! We are always so grateful when our customers vote for us - thank you!

Natural Awakenings
"Natural Choice Award"

In 2008, Natural Awakenings started a new tradition of giving the Natural Choice Awards to businesses and individuals in the community. These awards are given based on popular vote. Elysian Fields was voted "Best Enlightened Book & Gift Store" every year! Thank you again to our wonderful customers!

"Covr Awards"

Each year at INATS-West (International New Age Trade Show in Denver CO, COVR selects winners from the best products in the industry. The Visionary Awards are judged by retailers and seasoned professionals who evaluate each title based upon content, presentation, and their own knowledge of the industry.

Coalition of Visionary Resources
"Display Awards"

Also known as COVR, the Coalition of Visionary Resources is a national trade organization that presents it’s awards annually at the International New Age Trade Show in Denver, Colorado. Elysian Fields entered the competition for "Best Window Display" and "Best In-Store Display" in 2000 & 2001 - we won both times, again thanks to Lea Semple and her incredible display magic!
